I am visiting India from Canada and was looking for a real Panchakarma experience. I have consulted doctors in the past for Panchakarma and have not been satisfied until meeting Dr. Sree Lakshmi and staff at Ojas. During the initial consultation doctor has spent a lot of time getting to the root of my problems and listening to concerns. She explained in full how they would be healed and the details of treatments. She was super thorough during each visit, checking progress and giving complete scientific explanations . Within the first day of the treatment my body felt lighter and balanced. Even a while after the treatment my mind is still clear and emotions are stable and calm. The hours fit my schedule, I had work courses to attend to and coming to Ojas daily was quick, easy and never an inconvenience.
I observed that Dr. Sree Laksmi is so compassionate and warm hearted towards all patients and staff. I felt her energy, respect and love towards Ayurveda was conducive to my positive outcome of the therapy.

I visited doctor for the panchkarma inquiry but really got convinced by the explanations, detailing, prompt responses and friendliness, so i started the treatment and found the good impact from day one. The treatment is truly focused on the overweight, indigestion, and vita deficiency, after treatment all the reports are clear, and i am feeling very energetic.

I visited the clinic for acne problem . The doc did thorough analysis and noted down the history of the problem. And explained the root cause of the problem & suggested virechana and shamana along with medication.
The treatment explained well before and needs the strict diet for which hospital provides food if you are not able to arrange. Doc keep track all the details during treatment.

I came from Hyderabad for treatment of my multiple health problems. She patiently listened, while I was telling her my health problems. She explained in detail and did Panchakarma for 2 weeks. I am cured of IBS, Sciatica completely and a relief in my foot numbness.
The required diet was provided at the clinic itself which was very healthy and excellent.

I had a partial stroke attack resulting in numbness and pain in my legs. In addition my blood pressure went high. My scan results showed more than 55% blockage of blood vessels. I was advised surgery with stents by a hospital.
But I consulted with Dr. Reddy and she said all that may not be necessary with Ayurveda treatments. After 4 weeks of treatments with Dr. Reddy the numbness and pain in my legs was gone, my BP was significantly lowered to normal range, I lost some weight, and most importantly I felt mentally good and energetic. I got my scan done again and the results showed that my blood vessel blockage had come down to normal range for my age.
After that on the advise of Dr. Reddy, I am following diet and exercise routines along with some herbal medicines. With this I am able to maintain my normal BP levels and no effects of stroke.

Had been suffering from frequent nasal passage block and congestion- was hard for me to breathe through the right nostril. Also suffered from occasional neck pain. The doctor was thorough in her elicitation and analysis of my past medical history and suggested the Virechana treatment after an initial course of medications. I had never undergone any of Panchakarma procedures- but was convinced by the explanations offered. Doctor appeared to have a thorough understanding of the procedure and its effects. I have suffered from itchiness throughout the body for the past three years. I live in the USA and I consulted the best dermatology specialist where I live. The medication that the doctor prescribed worked throughout the course, but the itchiness came back after finishing the course. I changed three doctors, got all the skin tests done and even skin biopsy to figure out the issue. Nothing helped. I am Savithri from Hyderabad aged 50.
I consulted Dr.Lakshmi for my menopause related problems and knee pain.From the past 3 years,my haemoglobin levels are very low due to frequent,heavy periods and I was getting chest pain and exhaustion.At one point of time I had to take iron through IV as an emergency.I have sciatica,low BP and I am also getting knee pain.

It started in 2016 with sudden onset of BP and severe neck, shoulder and lumbar. All reports came out to be normal. I went to several doctors and hospitals with some put me on high blood thinners to anti depressants to steroids etc. But I was not getting the adequate relief or seeing any improvement in my conditions. I happen to meet Dr. Srilakshmi by chance in 2017 as I had taken my son for his an ayurvedic immunization. She was very very patient in discussing all my multiple ailments and after the first course of treatment I started seeing visible results. After taking the Virechan treatment my face got quite clear(around 80%).
